To ensure your employees and their family members receive the care and services they need, AmeriHealth New Jersey continues to:

  • cover the cost of testing, related visits, and vaccine administration
  • expand access to primary care and specialists through telemedicine
  • broaden emotional support through telebehavioral health and digital tools
  • share resources on care and services for members on the COVID-19 website and other member channels

As an employer, we understand and share your interest in helping employees get vaccinated. As your employees meet the eligibility criteria developed by the federal, state, and local governments and the New Jersey and regional Departments of Health, AmeriHealth New Jersey will cover the cost of vaccine administration.

To support you during this challenging time, we continue to honor requests to continue coverage for employees who are furloughed or temporarily laid off. Talk with your broker or account representative. Also, many smaller businesses are eligible for business loans and grants.
