AmeriHealth New Jersey’s Frank Urbano, MD, MBA, FACP, to present at the Atlantic Regional Osteopathic Convention

Cranbury, NJ, April 12, 2019 — Frank Urbano, MD, MBA, FACP, senior medical director for AmeriHealth New Jersey, will present at the Atlantic Regional Osteopathic Convention in Atlantic City on Friday, April 12.

Dr. Urbano will speak on the topic of end-of-life care. He has become an advocate for this important health issue through his participation in the NJ Healthcare Executive Leadership Academy (NJHELA), and as a member of the statewide steering committee for the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute’s Conversation of Your Life program that focuses on engaging communities in fruitful dialogue about advance care planning. Prior to assuming his role as senior medical director for AmeriHealth New Jersey in 2014, Dr. Urbano practiced internal medicine for 16 years.
