Amerihealth New Jersey Updates Sales and Marketing Organization; Promotes Two Executives
Iselin and Mt. Laurel, NJ - April 26, 2011 - AmeriHealth New Jersey is updating its Sales and Marketing organization to better meet the needs of employer groups and health insurance brokers statewide. As part of the update, which will take effect May 1, AmeriHealth is promoting two executives.
"As AmeriHealth New Jersey has emerged as a true statewide carrier, we've sought the best ways to maintain our focus on the unique needs of different parts of New Jersey, while also increasing our ability to operate seamlessly on a statewide level," said Michael Munoz, vice president of sales and marketing. "We believe the updates we're making to our organization will enable us to accomplish precisely that."
In the updated organization, Lisa DiDio will continue to serve as a director, responsible for managing AmeriHealth New Jersey's 51+ and New Jersey Public Sector employer groups statewide. Ryan Petrizzi will also continue to serve as a director, overseeing all small-group and individual members statewide, as well as AmeriHealth's sales operations, New Jersey Medicare programs, and health care reform and exchange implementation.
AmeriHealth is also promoting two executives:
- Sandy Gibson, a resident of Union, N.J., is being promoted to manager. She will help manage the small-group membership segment statewide.
- Mike Murphy, a resident of Audubon, N.J., is being promoted to director, managing all new business sales for AmeriHealth, including those for small-, mid-, and large-group markets.
